Title Corrections

Corrections should be mailed to your customer service representative. Please include:

ISBN of the title to be corrected
Publisher name
Incorrect information
Corrected information

Corrections to information supplied by the publisher via the new title form or by other means will be charged at $65 an hour (1 hour minimum).

Please allow 3-4 weeks for corrections to appear with trading partners (including Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, etc.)

Carton/Pallet Shipping Requirements

AtlasBooks accepts shipments from any carrier, but we don't prefer collect shipments.

Pallets should be 40x48x48. Carton quantities need to be the same. The cartons need to have labels on them in at least one place with ISBN, title, carton qty, carton weight. Books & cartons need to come in good shape or they will be subject to reboxing charges.

Catalog Deadlines

Spring Catalog
          Deadline: September 15
          Releases: January of the next year
          Ideal Pub Dates: January – May

Fall Catalog
          Deadline: March 1
          Releases: End of May, coincides with BEA
          Ideal Pub Dates: June – September

Winter Supplemental Catalog
          Deadline: July 1
          Releases: September
          Ideal Pub Dates: October - December
