Jackie Gross, President. With 30 years of book publishing, sales and marketing experience, Jackie provides leadership and management to the group.  Under her auspices first at Addison-Wesley (Pearson), Harper Collins and Nelson Education, each company enjoyed significant year-on-year revenue growth.  Jackie acts as the main contact for publishers and liaison with their Canadian distribution partners.  She manages the product line, assists in inventory management and is the primary resource for sales representatives.  Jackie manages the Indigo account and is the major contact for all marketing and promotional activities.

Jane McKay, Ontario. Jane has been in the book business for more than 20 years. Her 8 years of experience as a Chapters book buyer has been invaluable in her role as sales representative in Canada’s major market.  Her ability to see the issues from both the retailer and publisher’s perspective gives her a unique edge.   Jane’s territory includes independents, most of the national library wholesale accounts, major universities and colleges in the province, and CMMI merchandiser for Walmart, Staples and Zellers.

Liza Hageratts, Quebec and Maritimes. Liza has been in the book business since 1990 and is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  She was recognized by her peers and customers in 2002 as the Canadian sales representative of the year.  Liza calls on all manner of accounts within the territory and is also bi-lingual.

Gayle Voycey, Customer Relations Manager and Marketing Assistant. Over 25 years of book publishing experience has given Gayle the opportunity to work in a variety of positions from accounting to customer relations and sales.  Gayle will be specifically responsible for supporting key accounts, providing sales support and coordinating marketing activities. 

Craig Siddall, President, Siddall & Associates. BC Lower Mainland and Interior, Victoria, Northern Vancouver Island, Yukon and North West Territories are covered from the Vancouver office and showroom of Siddall & Associates.  Craig has 30+ years of publishing sales experience in Western Canada.  He oversees the western sales team, supports the reps with major customers and continues to sell and service his own customers in the B.C. mainland and Vancouver Island, including Amazon.ca and Raincoast.

Iolanda Millar, British Columbia and Yukon. With over 18 years of selling experience, nine with Siddall & Associates, Iolanda is responsible for major B.C. customers such as News Group, London Drugs and Save-On where she continues to set sales records with creative promotions each season. 

Jennifer Fyfe,  British Columbia and Yukon. As part of the western sales team, Jennifer sells to independent retailers, specialty accounts and manages data for Amazon.ca

Jean Cichon,  Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Jean holds an MA in Publishing from Oxford Brookes University, as well as degrees in public relations and English Literature.  Prior to joining the sales team, Jean managed an independent bookstore in Calgary and worked for small presses. There are several major accounts in Jean’s territory: United Library Services, regional chain McNally Robinson, and several large university stores such as SAIT, Universities of Manitoba, Alberta and Calgary
